What’s your basis of appeal? Did you send in a wrong transcript? Unless there was a technical ERROR, you have zero chance.
Just because you didn’t like their decision doesn’t mean you have anything worth appealing… Move on and leave these behind.

You could try, it wouldn’t hurt.
But you should have explained your hardships in your application. There’s a section where you can explain your special circumstances.

Honestly, you’re grasping at straws. These are huge public institutions that denied tens of thousands of similar applicants. You should move on. Your profile didn’t even get you on their voluminous waitlists. What does that tell you? What about you would move them to propel you in front of THOUSANDS of people on the waitlists?
