<p>I want to appeal to get into New Brunswick because they have the major that I want to major in but I read that you can not appeal unless you have a significant improvement academically on your transcript. But I will not get new grades on my transcript until early June is that to late to appeal or should I just try to appeal there anyway at that time?</p>
<p>All Rutgers student are undeclared. You declare your major when you are a junior. This applies if you are admitted into the school of arts and sciences.</p>

<p>Send them a letter ASAP telling them what you’re planning to do. Or call, and then send the letter.</p>
