<p>Alright, I know it’s a little bit early to be thinking about appeals but I am haha. Any of you guys heard of any successful appeals? I know they are hard to get granted. This semester I was served a 3 day or quit warning notice for eviction, I didnt include that in my applications so I was thinking maybe that would work as an appeal if I need it.</p>
<p>Appeals are brutal and your chances of getting granted one are stacked against you, but it never hurts. The key is to entice the appeals committee with “new information” related to your application. I’m not sure they’ll count yours as “new” info if it happened prior to submitting the app and you just didn’t report it. They’re pretty stingy. Appeals have been granted in the past (do a search here) but they’re pretty rare.</p>
<p>They key is that it must be NEW info.</p>
