<p>I am very new to boarding schools I started thinking about it towards the end of October when I went to a basketball showcase in Brooklyn. Since then I have visited/applied to NMH, Deerfield, Mercersburg, Lawrenceville, Hill, Loomis Chaffee(sp?), and Lawrence. </p>
<p>Right now my favorite school would have to be a tie between NMH, Mercersburg or Lawrenceville. I can see my self attending anyone of these schools. But in the long run I have to see what the finacial aid turns out to be since my family can not afford to pay 45,000 dollars a year for high school.</p>
<p>For me the most ANNOYING thing has to be the essays where they ask " Please note anything more you would like us to know about you" I cant NEVER figure out what to say for these! :P</p>

<p>lol this one school i inquired to’s deadline is March 1st. so they have like 8 days to process ALL of their applications.</p>

<p>MacDuffie its a really small local day and boarding, mostly day.</p>
<p>Rad, maybe because MacDuffie is too small they only look at applicants’ test scores.</p>
<p>I just had my last interview (yay!). It lasted like 15 mins or so but I feel optimistic. Now I’m officially done with everything!!!</p>
<p>Bad thing is, I just realize how much my Andover essay sucks :(. It’s my dream school.</p>

<p>well I interviewed for andover on campus and it went great! i think…anyway its my dream school too and i have no idea what i am going to do for a whole month while i wait for decisions! i am going to be like nervous for an entire month! its gonna suck :(</p>

I am really looking forward to when I come to the US and do my interviews at the end of the year, I mean, its good to look at all the photo’s on school’s websites, but it would be amazing to visit the campuses in real life. Can anyone tell me what they thought of the Hotchkiss, Deerfield, Andover and Exeter campuses and if they were as amazing/even better than the photos? Thanks.
