yeah CC is predimonantly female. im typing this with my left pinky because i’m eating lol.

Any of you interest in gender studies?

yes! im really into that and anthropology. i just got margret mead’s book, about female adolescents here vs. in africa but ive been too stressed to focus on it.

interested* <<<Maybe this is indicating that I should sleep now.

Anyway, I don’t know a lot about gender studies but I am really interested in topics concerning discrimination against women. I also can’t stand people who believe men are superior than women not only physically but also mentally.

its not true cuz when we were a hunter gatherer society, women needed to be smart so they could find berries and nuts etc. and men only needed to be brauny so they could easily kill stuff

Do you recommend any books on discrimination towards women? I’ve been wanting to read up on the subject, but I have no idea where to start, and my teacher/friends are no help.

no idk sorry

well like salem witch trial stuff or no? ppl discriminated against women then

In history we just finished learning about women suffrage and the 19th amendment.

Same here! I just had to turn in an essay about the Revolutionary War and how it affected the Womens’ Rights movement.

We just finished with Jackson and we are starting with Polk and what contributed to the Civil War. I have reading due tommorow on the Californian Gold Rush.

The Civil War is what we’re doing right now. We just did slavery in the 1800s and what led up to the Civil War. We now have a research project on the Civil War.

we r doing WW2

Hey guys, I just posted some new pics to Flickr/Facebook if any of you would like to check them out  Those of you have me on facebook, there’s more on there.

I hope to get into Chatham Hall. I’ve wanted to go there since i was 12 years old. They have an outstanding riding program and the school is small, only 129 students. That’s what bothers me, it’s such a small school it must be very hard to get in! I believe i have a good chance, I have a 3.0 GPA, I’ve published two books, I’m very involed in my current school and my teachers adore me. My english teacher acually showed me the recomendation she wrote, it was amazing.

Honestly, only 50% of me is going to miss my current school. The 50% is for how safe the school is, my teachers and friends, the wide halls ,and the calm campus. You may be asking why I am leaving and the answer is simple, I want to take a few AP classed and ride.

The questions i dread answering is none of them, I love to write.

@innerstar2 What books have you published?

You’ve published two books already? Wouldn’t that make you a prodigy or something, i mean if they’re decent and you test well (if you cant get a 90+in English sectiomdon the SSAT with books published then that’s weird) and you’re not a mean person then I’d say you’re in everywhere even HADES.

yeah, if you have already published two books, as long as your grades are good, any HADES would accept you because it is a major hook and to be able to say as a school, “oh we have a student who before the age of 16 has already published two books”. It is a big selling point for a school.lol

whoahs, congrats innerstar! that’s like amazing. they weren’t self-published, were they? cuz my friend’s published a book too, but it was through createspace.

also i’m back after like a week-long hibernation and find that two million new people are here and everyone’s active 24/7 lol. mass anxiety, whoo! :D
