hey dive you should get a dan brown book out from the library. they are exciting, trust me they will spice up any time during the summer that you are bored. i really enjoy them.

haha , i’m surprised you would say that as dan brown is an exeter grad, and you’re going to andover next year. shouldn’t he be your archnemesis? :D

^^^wow how did you know that? lol

hahahaha, did you notice that in Angels and Demons there’s an Exeter banner in the background in Dr. Langdon’s office? :D

I did. I was excited.

The Dan Brown books are really exciting, though they all have the same underlying situation. I started reading them before I found out about Exeter, so it was kind of cool to learn that he went there.

Paula, I heard that when your read the Prince you have to basically look up all the references they make to historical people/events. Is that true?

:O I bought the Prince yesterday!!!:D

haha i tried not to mention the exeter thing but regardless i love his books. so far i love the lost symbol the most.

I like Angel and Demons more, but Lost Symbol is my second favorite. He needs to come out with more books.

Ughhhh y’all get to read The Prince? We read like two pages of it in history this year, and that was it.
I HATE my school!

who’s the prince by? ive actually never heard of it :/

Yeah me neither…
I have read The Little Princess. Probably one of the worst classics haha

OH, I KNOW WHAT IT IS NOW!!! It was on my reading list last year! I conveniently avoided reading it though, lol. :p

My mom tried to make me but I was like, “Nyeuhhhhh! -_-”

Oh yeah I read it too… nevermind haha. I always feel like it’s kind of a kids book, thats why I didn’t even think of it

yeah i searched it up on google and then i remembered

Ok so I might be really stupid, but I just switched from French to Latin at Exeter. I had been killing myself that I chose french, so I just switched it. I have a feeling I will regret this but I am going for the classics diploma :)

My sis said Latin is death at exeter. People who chose it are like WHYYYYYYYY. js…

Latin est facilis!

holy smokes guys this is page 410!

OMG page 410! Yeah but I want to be a doctor and I had been regretting choosing french the whole summer. I am glad I finally just decided to take latin. I heard russian is harder ;)

I am taking Latin too. I really really really hope it’s not hard because my last teacher didn’t make us memorize anything, but I did anyway out of class. ;)…what am I kidding it’s probably going to be hard; it’s at Exeter…ahhhh.
I looked at the Orientation schedule and the 1st day of classes we have study hours which implies that we have homework…what a welcome back. :D

Yeah. Probably not much… but its Exeter, not much for them will be like an avalanche for normal people haha
