<p>Well im done with Andover and Hotchkiss and ive started both of Exeter’s, one of Deerfield’s, one of SPS, and one of Choate’s, but then I still have interviews, teacher recommendations and transcripts to do, so im swamped! Yeah flip!!!</p>

<p>Hi! =D I was wondering… This is a question for everyone, but how do your friends feel about your descision to apply to a boarding school?</p>
<p>hi smiley! Welcome to our craziness! My friends are all applying to private schools so their just like “oh cool…I’m applying to such such and such.” or they’re like “oh we’ll miss you…” But their fine with it, after all a good amount of my grade is applying.</p>
<p>Oh there are like 250 kids in my grade at my school and like 3-5 are applying</p>
<p>From my private school, a third of the eighth graders are looking for different schools. Although many of the schools they are looking at are their local public schools.</p>
<p>my friends do support me but when I mentioned boarding they thought i was insane.</p>
<p>All of my friends ask what boarding school is. They’ve never even heard of it.</p>
<p>my friends are like
“what’s that?” or “lucky, you get to leave this ‘heck’ hole.”</p>

i really need to do those essays/ short answers quick! i have exeter done, nmh needs revising, doing sps’s, NEED TO DO CHOATE, and i’ve barely started Taft’s! whew, luckily Williston is Feb1 !</p>

<p>same with me!!! I have never even cinsidered going to boarding school! no one in my family does but then like public school is really easy and I got thispacket in the mail from andover for my AMC score last year and now I am applying!</p>
