<p>I believe it’s midnight pacific, but I’d suggest that you submit it WELL before since the UC application has been known to crash right before deadline and they have no sympathy if you miss the deadline.</p>
<p>Not to mention that, as all high schoolers/college students know, at the last minute, anything that can go wrong WILL go wrong</p>
