<p>kind of cliche but it depends, if you put in a lot of work to make it sound like something the admissions rep never heard before…</p>
<p>just remember these people read thousands of essays, so to keep it from sounding exactly the same as the next person’s try a different topic or give yours a unique flavor. I wrote my influential person on Ke$ha I kid you not, and my generation paper on New York and its unfair stereotypical labels. Bottom line, try and write about something that isn’t generic, or give a unique perspective on a generic topic</p>
