Application fail.. help!

This is actually kind of funny but kind of sucks at the same time…
Anyway, I recently visited GWU for the second time, and fell completely and totally in love with it (who wouldn’t?!). I had been seriously considering applying ED before I visited for the second time, and after seeing it again I knew it was the only place I’d ever want to be. So, in my excitement, I made an account for the online application and sent in the first part (the basic biographical stuff), saying I was applying EDI. The only problem is the school I put… let me explain. My township used to have two high schools: east and west. Years ago they were combined to one single high school, but on the GWU list of schools they still had east and west instead of the regional high school. So, I picked west, because the building that the regional high school occupies used to be the west building. But I feel like a dunce because I obviously don’t attend west… I attend regional.
Anyway, is there any way to change this? like could I call admissions or contact my regional admissions counselor and ask him to change it? I feel like such a moron!

if anyone knows anything or has any ideas, please share!!
Thank you :)

p.s. please refrain from making fun of me… I feel like enough of an idiot!

A) I don’t think it matters much

B) Just call the main admissions number during business hours and briefly and concisely explain the problem. Be sure you have your SSN or whatever other ID ready in case they need it.

C) There’s no need to insult yourself so much. It’s a minor, unimportant field in an online application that you’re still months away from submitting.

I agree, I don’t think it matters much.

However, on a more serious note, I know you love GWU, but try not to get overly excited next time, specially in completing your application (maybe you should have someone review the stuff first before you send them). Also, if you haven’t done so already and plan to interview, practice interviewing with someone, anticipate questions, and take a deep breathe before going to the interview.

I think you’ll do fine. Best of luck!

I didn’t know what to do because the list of high schools didn’t have regional, it just had east and west. So weird.
I’m usually pretty chill but sometimes I freak out… this was one of those times.

Thanks guys
