<p>is the essay topics for admission to the dual degrees and single-degrees (im an international so, im not that sure…) similar yearly or is it changed on a yearly basis? i know its a kind of stupid question, but im kind of curious to know since i cant really find it online, and i know some organisations use the same topics yearly to make it easier to winnow out candidates…</p>

<p>They basically stay the same but things change once in a while and nobody knows in advance. The joint degree program topics should be the same, the page number option should be the same, and the Why Penn is certainly a staple of the application, but someone can correct me if they feel any different.</p>

<p>Commonapp for the 2009-2010 school year was launched a couple of days ago (on July 1st). Register an account, add Penn as one of your universities, and you will see all that is required for commonapp and the Penn supplement, including all essay questions.</p>
