I’m an international using online common application. Would it be ok to send rec letters and GPA by mail? We don’t have systems that send GPA directly from my school and my teachers might have trouble operating the computer…

And, am I suppose to send a copy of my TOEFL and SAT scores?

PS.does anyone happens to know where to find the NYU Q&A forum that answers questions about admissions and applications by the school board?
I came accross it once but can’t find it again.

thanks so much!!

One last question: can I be a business major if I am in CAS?

The forum on the nyu website has been temporarily closed - I think its because its travel season (the NYU adcoms are going around the country visiting schools and talking to prospective applicants).

I don’t know if you can send your GPA by mail, but you can for the recs. Although, they do prefer that you stick to the same medium (i.e. send an online common app + online supplement).

You send your scores using the respective website e.g. for the SAT you must send an official score report to NYU.

Uhm…no you can’t major in business in CAS unless you do the economics course. Why don’t you apply straight to Stern? Or maybe even Gallatin, and then you can make your own course?

You can send official copy of your transcript by mail as well as recommendation letters, that’s what I did last year. No, you can’t be a business major in CAS, you can take business studies as a minor though.
