Application Portal vs. Gateway

On my Gateway application my recommendation forms are all submitted, yet when I go to a school’s specific portal it is marking them as incomplete. I requested that my teachers turn on the “auto-submit” feature so they wouldn’t have to repeat the form multiple times for different schools. However, the only school marking them as completed on their respective application portal is the school with which the original form was sent out for.

Should I contact the admissions office asking if they have received these recommendation forms?

I believe the applications portals are more manual and indicate that someone at the school has verified receipt of the item. I have seen delays as well and I would wait a little while before contacting the school.
