Application Presentation

I have a lot of accompanied papers that I am sending in with my application (I’m a homeschooler, and I called the admissions office and I guess the informal rule about a lack of supplementary materials doesn’t apply to me). Anyways, I’m wondering how I should present everything. The envelope they give you to send in application materials is pretty small, should I print out my transcript and essays and such and have them bound and send everything in a larger envelope, rather than just folding and stuffing everything? How are you all going about doing it?

Also, if any of you know anything about homeschooling and the Yale admissions process, any tips or information would be wonderful.
