<p>from what i understand, they make a file for you if they receive something from you. however, it would still be a good idea to check later if everything is together like it should be.</p>
<p>as I said in aother post, you will get a PIN and userID for a tracking site… so when ur materials are recieved, they send u the letter with it</p>
