<p>Not sure what the form you’re using exactly looks like, maybe phone USF admissions to get guidance: 813 974-3350. If you leave it blank or put 9999 or something else in field it shouldn’t really matter too much because USF is going to need a “certified/official” score anyway eventually. Too, I’m pretty sure USF requires now writing score from either the SAT or ACT to make an admission decision. If you haven’t ever done the writing portion on a test you should schedule a test date to do so. Good luck!</p>
