Application Question

SAT Critical Reading Score
SAT Verbal Score
SAT Math Score

Wha…Critical Reading and Verbal are the same thing, aren’t they? O_O

Has anyone else ever applied to Mt. Aloysius? If so, what am I supposed to do? Isn’t it a bit strange that they don’t seem to want your Writing score?

Where are you seeing this? I was so shocked that a college could have made that mistake, that I went and downloaded their application, but it appears to be correct.

Well, I’m doing it online, I’m not downloading it. It’s on the first page at the bottom.

**If you have completed the SAT/ACT, please list your scores:

SAT Critical Reading Score
SAT Verbal
SAT Math**

Copy and pasted, exactly as is.

bump

Send an inquiry to the college regarding this issue, hopefully you get a prompt response.

ha, that would def make me NOT want to apply there, simply b/c of the careless mistake

Looks like I’ll have to. I just decided to ask here because it was late at night and I was almost done with my application…getting a bit antsy. :p

ha, that would def make me NOT want to apply there, simply b/c of the careless mistake

A mistake is just that-- a mistake. Not applying because someone goofed up is a bit of an overreaction…

EDIT: Made a mistake… ;D

Put the writing score into one of the first two and in the additional info (if there is any space for add. info), state that it is your writing score.

I called the school and they said it’s like that because some of the tests list those grades together while others list them separately. I took mine in 2005 so it’s been about a year since I took it. I don’t know if anything has changed or not but…yeah, problem solved. :)
