<p>I’m interested in applying to Penn State next year and majoring in Labor Relations and minoring in international business. When i fill out my application would i then have to apply to the College of Liberal Arts (where the labor relations program is) and the Smeal College of Business? How does it work if you want to minor in something that is not in the school your major is in?</p>
<p>There is no College of Lib Arts app. Just fill out the PSU app in August and that’s it. There is no other app needed for your major.</p>
<p>YOu don’t apply for minors until you “declare your major” end of sophomore year. Although you can start working on minor reqs as early as your first semester.</p>
