<p>On the “Athletic Record” section, I have a couple of questions:</p>
<p>1.) If I have participated in soccer through my school and through a travel team, would I put that as two separate entries? Right now I have one titled “high school soccer” but should I add another entry called “travel soccer” and enter it as “I” (for intramural)?</p>
<p>2.) Under the description, I’m entering that I was captain… should I add anything else (hours spent per week, etc.)?</p>
