Application Questions

I have several questions on the application, but I forgot to call the admissions office today. Since I’m hoping to send my application in this weekend, I was wondering if you guys could help me with several of my questions. Thanks!

1) If I taught a class as a community service activity, under hours/week, would I put how many hours I spent teaching or how many hours I spent teaching and planning?

2) For the activity-specific accomplishments and awards, do I give years for the positions I held and the awards? For example, for lacrosse, would I put “JV (10), PLC coach (11-12), CIF Scholar Athlete (10)” or would I just put “JV, PLC Coach, CIF Scholar Athlete”?

3) Under work experience, if I was an independent tutor, would I put “self”/my name under Employer or would I put the name of the person I tutored?

1) It really does not matter much how you count the hours. Do what you feel is an honest answer.
2) Putting the year in is probably better.
3) You don’t need to write the name of your employer for jobs like tutoring or babysitting. But your employer would be the person that paid you.
