Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I applied to college off-campus, after major reviewing my options I want to apply to housing on campus, is that allowed?
Are you saying you requested off campus housing and now prefer on campus housing options?

I’d suggest contacting Housing to discuss your options. Hopefully freshman housing is not full yet; depending on the school this may or may not be an issue. Be prepared to pay a housing deposit if that is required to hold your spot.
I’m gonna take a wild guess and say Loyola Marymount. 
Haha! That would be my guess based on the username, of course, but you never know so I want to confirm.
Once confirmed I think this should be moved to the school forum so the OP gets school specific info.
