Applied to wrong college at UC Berkeley and was rejected! Can I appeal??

I accidentally applied to UCB College of Natural Resources, and was rejected. I am appealing, but I really want to go to UCB Arts and Sciences. Can I change that on my appeal???

Of course you can appeal. But I don’t think the result will change.
