Apply now, or do it late with new SAT's?

I’m in a community college, i just finnished my first semester, and i’m trying to get to Rutgers Engineering, but my stats are kind of crappy 540 math, 520 R, 460 w. (2.9 college GPA, 3.5 HS GPA, lots of extracurriculars, work and volunteering) I don’t think this will get me into engineering, but i’m going to apply to SAS and the school of environmental and biological sciences. However, i signed up for the SAT’s in Jan 22th. and the deadline for transfers in Feb 1st… so i don’t think it’ll make for the deadline, although RU has rolling admissions, but i guess i have less chances if i apply after the deadline. So, should i apply NOW with this stats, or should i wait for my new SAT’s and see what happens?

Apply now. You can go on the college board website and make it so it’s pre-set that certain colleges will automatically receive your sat scores from this month as soon as they’re available.

Apply now, send SATs later.
