I’m a current IB junior. I understand the rigor of the curriculum that my school follows does not nearly compare to that of the schools in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands. I was thinking of applying abroad (these two countries specifically), rather than doing a semester abroad. Has anyone applied abroad from the US? If so, what were the difficulties you faced in applying? And if you did go follow through with it, did you enjoy it?
