Applying Brown for regular decision

I am a foreign student and have gone to private high school in Texas for four years.
I am not a native English speaker and can speak three languages.
I have decent SAT (2110) - CR 660, M 800, W 650 and good GPA (98.7 out of 100).
I am like 10th out of 256 students.
Also, I made Art portfolio, played saxophone in band and won several awards, participated in Model United Nations conferences four times, went to Costa Rica for service project and ecology research project and played school JV and Varsity soccer.
I think I’m well rounded, but I am worried that I would not get into Brown.
Would you evaluate based on info that I posted above?

You can’t base chances based on GPA and Essay. A 2110 is great for most schools, but Brown is highly competitive, so it will hurt you. I would say Brown is a reach for you. Fortunately, Brown focuses more on personality and diversity than stats, so write good essays. Good luck!

If you don’t mind me asking, are you a legal resident or citizen of the U.S (because that could play a significant tole in admissions)?
