Applying for 2nd semester transfer as a freshman... a little confused!

The deadline to apply is November 1st, and quite obviously I will not have college grades by then (I attend the University of Maryland…) Is my high school transcript going to suffice?

And I’m not sure what to do about recommendation letters, I have only been here a month and my classes are huge so I’m not personal with any of my teachers :-\ advice?

If you have fewer than 24 semester hours of college-level academic work:

•Official high school transcript or GED score report and SAT/ACT scores are required. If you have been out of high school for more than five years, these requirements are waived.
