<p>In the following hypothetic scenario, is it better to apply for transfer admissions: </p>

<p>a year in advance(September) with a 3.5 and a few required classes to complete?</p>

<p>a month or two prior to the deadline(January-February) with a 3.8 and a couple classes to complete?</p>

<p>I’m a Civil Engineering major btw, and plan on applying to University of Florida, Texas, IlliniosUC, and Gtech.</p>

<p>Most schools have online applications now, so just add your fall classes when you finish them.</p>
