Applying for grad school, where do I post my reccommendation letters?

Hello, I'm applying for a masters in finance at 5 British schools. Manchester Business School, Warwick Business School, Edinburgh, Imperial College and Cass. Most of these require 2 recommendation letters which I have asked two of my professors for. But I have no idea where or how to submit these letters. This is the first time I deal with reference letters and I didn't find much useful information on any of these universities' websites. Cass mentioned I have to email them the recommendation letter and I got that. What about the rest? Should I be asking my professors to give me printed copies of these letters so I can mail them? Or a digital copy? Or am I supposed to send a scanned version? I absolutely have no idea.

One more thing, do these letters need to address every single university, or can I just send them the same copy with a "To whom it may concern" or "Dear Director of Admissions" written in the letter?

Thanks everyone!
