I’m wanting to transfer to FSU to get my B.S. in Dietetics, but still have prerequisites to take even though I already graduated with an AA. For the Dietetic program, it says that students can be NFA “Not Formally Accepted” at any time. There is one prerequisite class that is required to take, which I don’t think is offered at state colleges. My question is, if I attended college as NFA for required classes, would I qualify for financial aid?
I’m currently at Santa Fe College returning as a “non-degree” seeking student, so I can’t get financial aid. If I am able to transfer as NFA, would I be considered “degree-seeking” and be able to get financial aid again?
