Applying Summer 2010 and Pegasus questions

Hi everyone, im applying for UCF from OOS (Georgia) but can’t decide whether I should chose the Fall Semester or Summer semester because I can’t find out if the Pegasus is offered for first-time freshmen in the summer while taking 6 credit hours. I did manage to find this out though" Each summer term used will count as one of the 8 terms of eligibility. You must enroll in 9 UCF hours to receive the scholarship in the summer." but they didn’t exactly say the summer requirements for freshmen which start during summer B and are advised not to take more than 6 credit hours. I would love to apply to summer because of all the benefits of getting used to the area and having an easier transition into college but dont see that I could attend summer if I were not to receive any scholarships as OOS is already costly enough. Also, here’s my stats:
30 ACT
3.65 UW, 3.9 UCF GPA
Lots of ECs
Also, what do you think I could qualify for merit-wise as I dont expect much if any need-based FA.

Here’s a page from UCF’s financial aid site that hopefully has what you’re looking for:

"CAN I USE MY PEGASUS SCHOLARSHIP IN THE SUMMER?

Yes, if you ask for it. The Request for High Achievement Scholarship for the Summer Term form can be downloaded from our Web site. You must submit it in prior to the beginning of summer classes. Each summer term used will count as one of the 8 terms of eligibility. You must enroll in 9 UCF hours to receive the scholarship in the summer."

Hope this helps!
