<p>So if anyone uses naviance i really need your help :). So on naivance next to Rutgers University it says that the school is applied to by mail. the thing is is that the application for rutgers is on line and you have to self report your scores and grades. So is the only thing that is mailed in recommendations and the guidance part of your application?!?!</p>
