<p>I would like to correct a small error. My UW gpa is about 3.7ish, possibly higher, and my W gpa is 3.9, and should be 4 by the end of this year.</p>

<p>I think you’ll either be waitlisted or accepted. While you’re stats and ECs are good, they arent OUTSTANDING… and with columbia and schools like columbia its really a flip of the coin.</p>

<p>Boosting your SAT score to 2200+ would definitely improve your app. Other than that, maybe engage in some ECs that don’t involve school and show your interest in things other than academics. I guess what I’m trying to say is that they want to know you have a life besides academics.</p>

<p>my school does not offer leadership positions at all, and the only way to actually show leadership is to become class president (or something similar) which we all know is a total joke.</p>

<p>Based on the vagueness of the information provided, I think you have a 70-80% chance at acceptance. If you aren’t accepted, then you most probably will be wait listed.
You should bump up the SAT: 2250+ would be good enough to sort of outweigh the GPA. Speaking of which, the determination portrayed by your trend indicates that you’re a hard-worker who is ready to work through tough times. </p>

<p>i guess you have very interesting spec, you’ve raised your grade for the last report and that shows you tried really hard and improved a lot. i think you might want to raise your sat grad a bit :)</p>

<p>Your SAT and GPA are good, however if you get that SAT superscore over 2200, I think you will have a strong chance for acceptance. Good luck!</p>
