<p>I dont believe you need to sumbit a portfolio. You only do for Fine Arts</p>
<p>no you don’t, not for COM. you just fill out the regular common app like every one else and apply for the major. everyone as a film major pretty much starts off on the same basis, no experience necessary. of course if you have some, that’s great too. but you won’t actually start making movies till probably junior year, maybe even sophomore if you’re ahead in terms of your liberal arts requirements. good luck</p>
