Applying to Grad Program that doesn't require SOP or CV

I am applying to a graduate program in Chemistry (MS) for fall 2012 admission, but as I was filling out my application, they didn’t have a space to add a SOP or a space to upload a CV. I just spoke to the graduate director, and she said that they don’t require a SOP or a CV as part of the admissions review process. How am I supposed to show my research experience for a grad program, and seperate myself from the rest of the applicants? Is it even worth it applying to this program?

Stick it in an envelope and send it via snail mail. Write a nice note asking them to attach it to your application.

That sounds very odd. How selective is the program? Do they require LORs?

It is one of the better schools in the greater Cincinnati area, and they have three faculty members working in the area that I am interested in. They do require LORs, but I am having problems adding my LOR writers info.

Don’t they have a phone number or email address to contact the program?
