Applying to grad school with 2 undergrads

So, I would like to apply for grad school but my average from my first undergrad in the Arts is about 65%, which I completed 2 years ago and which has not helped with finding work. I just got accepted into my Uni again but this time to do a 3-year degree in English language and literature, which I could finish in 2 semesters, maximum 3, since I already have many of the required courses for this new major. My plan is to improve my GPA in this major and then apply for grad school. I’m not sure if this is a good idea or not, if grad schools will judge my application negatively because I have 2 degrees with the second being a 3-year degree? I’ve already figured out the grad programs I will be applying to.

Also, the thought of having two degrees in Arts doesn’t make me feel great but I thought this would be a good way to improve my GPA. The job prospects in the grad programs I will be applying to are not bad and I will be applying to small schools with lower requirements.
