Try the ACT. Your GPA is good, but not good enough to compensate for your very low SAT score. Its needs to be 300 points higher and. Just focus on CR +M. Thats all they care about.
If your SAT (or ACT) scores don’t improve, then you might consider test optional schools. Your grades and all the music ECs are great.

If you could raise your SAT to above a 1900, you would have a very good chance. Like it was said above, I would consider test-optional schools if I were you.
