i’m applying to neoucom through the online application . i’m a us citizen but i’m living in india . so i’m having a little trouble filling out the app. there are spaces meant for filling the phone no , and address(along with county and state) . since i’m living in india and the app is designed for those applying from the us , i having problems in filling out my whole phone no(with international country code) and address(where should i fill in the country, also i just entered a random county and state combination just to get the app moving but that’s also not working). so how should i go about this?

I believe that is basically restricted to citizens of Ohio (although they do admit a VERY small amount out-of-state, maybe 2 or 3 people).</p>
