Applying to TFT.. worried about Dec. 5 deadline

Hello
I’m applying for production this year, and supplemental materials are due the fifth.

I have everything done, but it’s the 2nd and school is not in session today. In addition to that, my gc’s can wind up processing things arduously slow and a couple days after it’s handed to them… meaning if I gave it to my gc the guidance office would prob not have it sent till the 5th maybe even 6th.

I’m wondering if I should put all my supplemental materials in a neat packet and send it via next day shipping in a FedEx envelope, or if the deadline is sort of “soft” and I should just let my gc handle it.

Thoughts?

Thanks

If you go to the TFT website, you’ll see that it says POSTMARK deadline. I BELIEVE (I’m not perfectly sure because it’s been a while since I was a high school senior) you can go to the post office and have them date your packet of materials and then take it to your guidance counselor.

The instructions definitely say POSTMARKED by Dec 5th. My daughter applied for Production as well and sent her Supplements in last week. I am wondering how many people will be applying for this major since it was the first year they have offered it to Freshman and it was not advertised too widely?
