<p>I have to give to my guidance counselor a manila envelope with a transcript request form (from my HS) and the school’s secondary school report/ GC evaluation form/ etc. For most schools this was the Common App secondary school form. For my only other 2 non-common app schools, the forms were easy to find. What should I use for McGill?</p>
