Applying with previous education

Hey everyone,

I am a undergraduate student at the Rotterdam School of Management, a top European business school that ranks top 20 worldwide.
The official name of my course is the Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and is quite prestigious (high averages, rigorous selection). It is a three year program.

However, I currently find myself in a difficult position: I have found that my current studies in business don’t challenge me, and I am therefore thinking of switching to Economics.
My current average is 8.9 or 9 out of 10, with 8.5 being a 4.0 GPA so basically I have consistently scored a 4.0 for every single subject.

I was thinking of either applying to a good UK school (Oxbridge, LSE, UCL) or perhaps a good US school (Ivy) as a freshman undergraduate with either a major in economics and minor math or a double major econ/math.

I was however wondering a couple of things. First of all, is this feasible given my current GPA and second of all, should I apply for the class of 2012 or first graduate from my program (it is only 3 years but I’m only in the first) and than apply as an undergraduate?

I am finding myself in a difficult position here, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
