Scholarships that use ApplyISTS like Ronald McDonald sometimes require you to upload a transcript. I uploaded an old unofficial transcript and it won’t let me remove the transcript so I can upload my new official one. How do I do this? I need help quick, deadline is approaching soon.
Some reason my delete button is gone. My friend just uploaded his transcript and his delete button is still there. I went on different browsers and still my delete button is gone. Is this a time thing? They lock in your upload after a few days? Cause I uploaded on January 5th. I do not want to make another account and restart the application just to reupload some documents. And I’ve already submitted my app for one of the scholarships so I can’t send in another one with updated transcripts. I’ve already emailed ISTS 3 times but I don’t think I’ll get a response in time. This is really frustrating me, the deadline is in a few days.
Anyone else having the same issue? I have to mail all my documents now cause ISTS has a faulty interface, god this is a pain -_-
I had the same issue you will have to email ISTS and someone will delete what you want to be deleted so you can reupload it. Someone got back to me in about a day, so the service is pretty quick.
