I sent my apps to Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Caltech, and Cornell. (Safety is KSU) So I cover this, the great leap between my safety KSU and Cornell is due to the fact that if I want to go far away for college, my dad says it has to be a great one. I love 1 hour from KSU.

Essays: Good, the one for the common app was about growing up in a farming community. Thought that might be unique.

Thanks in advance, was it worth it?

Thanks, I believe the low Subject test scores are due to my school’s lack of any AP course. Frankly, my education at a small high school was rather lacking.

They might like the whole farmland boy thing, but maybe you should consider applying to some non-Ivy/non-top tier colleges too, just in case. KSU is a good safety, but even 2400/4.0/private boarding school kids have several safeties if they are applying to an Ivy, because you just never know.

If you applied to Cornell ag school you have a chance. A certain number of slots are kept for kids coming from Agg background and they can get in with lower scores. Good Luck
