<p>So my apricot tree is going crazy. I would like to make an apricot crisp for a party next Friday but experience tells me that a week from now they may be overripe and done.
Can I make the crisp and freeze it? Can I freeze the apricots for the week?</p>
<p>I would make the crisp tomorrow, and not freeze it. It really should be fine in the refrigerator for 5 days. Sounds yummy.</p>
