April 9th. READING SECTION OMG

How many questions do u think u missed?
This time was INCREDIBLy hard

I thnk i missed 15, or even half.

I didn't think it was that hard at all. I thought one was a bit tricky, but I went back and had no trouble. I barely finnished science

I found the reading section very straight forward.

I think I totally bombed the reading section. I had about 10 unanswered questions that I just blindly guessed on. The articles were o.O I think I'm gonna spend like 3 weeks studying the reading part and nothing else and retake the test in June.

reading was straight forward. I didn't really like the math, but im god awful at math

ok

does this apply to anyone?
"It depends on the passage. If i like the passage and find it interesting, I will do well on it."

Not me. I guess if it's topics im familiar with. I had read a lot of stuff that was in two of the reading sections, and it made it exceptionally easy.

not me. I always find science ones boring and story ones interesting, but I do equally good on them. This has been true of every standarized test I've ever taken, including state tests.

I know I have ADD, because my brother does.
but i'm not diagnosed, and i'm in 11th grade already
if i have ADd, i'm supposed to get unlimited time on ACT! wooohooo!
too bad its' too late to get me diagnosed. haha

is that true? that's bs. even a kid with ADD should have some sort of time limit

many geniuses have been known to have ADD.

It was tough. I took 4 full practice tests and none of them were as hard as today's. It seemed like after two sections, there were two left with only 10 mins. left. The reading itself wasn't that hard, the questions just required more understanding than usual. I think I did pretty good on reading, but no 34 like on the practice test.

I think I did better than any of my practice tests. I was very focused, and for my first test that really matters, I wasn't nervous at all. I think it helped that I really stayed concentrated for most of the time. (I was starting to get a bit anxious during the writing to get it alld one)

The reading wasn't so bad, I don't think. I had less time at the end than I had at the end of the math and english portions. It was the science that put me in a really tight time bind.
