<p>When people talk about how they have 13 aps, does that mean they took 13 AP courses or 13 AP exams?</p>

<p>Cause I take IB, and the way they make it work forces us to only take exams at the end of senior year when college admissions is all done with. Doesn’t that put us at a disadvantage cause we dont have any test scores?</p>

<p>In most cases, it’s 13 exams and a smaller number of actual AP classes. They self-study them. </p>

<p>I’ve gotten the impression off CC that IB doesn’t really hurt you. You’re still challenging yourself.</p>
