APs and LDs

Should those enrolled in a “study skills” (or at least that’s what my school calls it) course, or those who have learning disabilities, be allowed/encouraged to take AP courses? What does everyone think?

uhm. They should be allowed, but they shouldn’t be deluded into thinking that it will be just as easy for them as it is for everyone else. Technically speaking, I have an LD (ADD–yes it is real. Yes I’m on two different types of pills plus several other things I won’t go into) and quite frankly, it is hard for me. But the thing is, I know I’d be bored as HECK in a “normal” course.
