<p>how is the noise level on roebling, especially at night? i searched roebling online, and it seems like it’s known for having police outside catching rowdy and disruptive college students. to what extent is this true? again, i’m debating between two apartments for this summer and will prolly choose the other one b/c i don’t like chaos at night. please correct me if i am wrong.</p>
