Apts near Rosen?

<p>Hi,
I’m currently a UCF female student studying Hospitality Mgmt. I am moving out soon, and need to find a place near the Rosen campus.
I’ve looked online at many places, but I always have a doubt. I will soon start visiting them, but until then, I need help from people.
So far, I’ve seen

  1. The District – closest, but it’s overpriced for me since I would need either a studio or 1/1. Around $900-$1000.
  2. Vinings at Westwood – again overpriced. $800-900
    vv All of the next ones are nice but they’re in the “ghetto” apparently.
  3. Villages on Millenia – $769.
  4. Ridge club – $611.
  5. Fountains at Millenia – $620.
  6. Northbridge on Millenia Lake – $879.
    Then this one which seems okay but its on OBT so, not sure.
  7. Waterbridge – $599.</p>

<p>Can anyone help me out?</p>

<li>Stay away from OBT unless it’s near the Hunter’s Creek Area. Look more at private condos then typical apartment complexes. Renting from private owners is ALOT cheaper, on John Young near the Hunter’s Creek area there are some cheaper places, just make sure you look around to ensure it’s safe. </li>

<p>Villages, Fountains and Northbridge all are “near the ghetto” as in you do have a lot of sketchy people walking around and some of them have low income housing buildings. I forget what it’s called but theres a place next to the District that has a lot of private owners that rent out. </p>
