I wrote about the baby-boom generation too. We must have done something right! :P

People! You can’t say what you wrote about/what the essay questions were on! Have you been listening to what people have said at all on here? You could very easily get your scores invalidated!

i dont think we’re supposed to talk about it but w/e.
The multiple choice was pretty easy in my mind. BTW, that quote was from BF’s Autobiography =).
For question five, I confused the sun belt and the cotton belt (where I just talked about black people anyways). The most I got on that one was a 2.

^ I thought we were allowed to talk about essays?

Aren’t the MC off limits?

amyyyyyyy, settle down. They can’t figure out who we are… plus come sunday morning we can blab all we want.

idk about mc’s, but essays are 48 hours

They will invalidate your score. Read the thread about it. You can’t talk about the essays for 48 hours and you can never talk about MC. I mean, seriously, you do not want to talk about it. This is a public forum.

I could answer every mc question as soon as I read it. Sadly, I could not pick out the answer from the choices given on several questions. The FRQ for me was a joke. Seriously, if you named the top 5 easiest questions they could ask, it would include two of either 2, 3, 4 and 5. Thats how I felt anyway. I barely had any outside info on my DBQ, but I was able to develop a a pretty well essay from the info in the documents. Based on the scale mc 1.125, DBQ 4.5, FRQ 2.75, I’m pretty sure I got a 5.

“I’m relieved. Now… I just have to wait until Wednesday for AP Lang .”

Egh thanks for reminding me. I’m dreading that considering I’ve got one 5 out of 4 practice tests. Oh and one two points away from a 3.

You guys all found FRQ 3 easy? I did 1 and 3 and found 3 pretty hard. I couldn’t think of many specific examples at all. The real problem was that the time period was restricted, and I had no idea if the people I was thinking of were in it.

Didn’t even know there was an FRQ 5, must have been on the page after 4. Now I’m mad…

The DBQ is considered essay one. Then the FRQs are two, three, four, and five.

@ BusinessScholar: my god how did you have such great fluctuation in your practice exam scores? I’ve only taken one hopefully I don’t fluctuate really low when the actual exam is administered.

@Yamster: I think you might be confusing the numbering. the first FRQ is number 2 because the DBQ is 1. That’s why there is 5. DBQ is 1 then 2 and 3 are the first part of the FRQ and then 4 and 5 are the second part of the FRQ.

So I haven’t seen a clear answer about this looking through past threads. How bad is it if you accidently wrote the essays in pencil?

I have a pretty good chance at a 80/80 MC. I contemplated whether or not to write the second FRQ response for a good 15 minutes.

oh damn…
It’s really bad if your paper isn’t near the top of the stack, or securely locked in place.
The reason they make you don it in pen is so that it doesn’t get all rubbed off during transportation. If they don’t have a rule that says you’re disqualified if you use pencil, then you might be ok. Or you might get a 2.

Am I the only one who thought the mc was hard? I skipped like 4 and pretty sure I got a TON wrong. I basically knew nothing about post wwii

I think this is vague enough to post (I hope):
I did the last FRQ- #5. I really tried to connect those changes in the American life/society as a change to what the American Dream was and how the American Experience changed :-D

looks like they’re lenient.

Was the curve last year really low, or can we expect it to be around the same?

@ ernie92: my essays account for the flucuation. I average 72-78% mc. I did not develop my essays enough for the one I almost received a 3 on. For the actual exam though, I’ll definelty expand upon my responses.

Yeah, I mixed up the numbering lol, no wonder. My friend just told me
