<p>I’m attending the University of Pittsburgh starting in the fall and I received a learning community packet. One of the communities is for those interested in taking a cluster of classes in Middle Eastern studies, including Arabic. I guess I am wondering if it is actually possible to get a minor in Arabic at Pitt. Any answers are appreciated.</p>

<p>I had good luck e-mail professors when my daughter was looking at colleges, especially in the smaller departments. The Pitt professors responded promptly. So you can try the Arabic instructors and see if a minor is available.</p>
